Am frühen Morgen des Dienstag, 26. April, durchsuchte die deutsche Polizei vier Wohnungen von Gefährten in München, ebenso wie die anarchistische Bibliothek „Frevel“ und einen Druckraum. Alle Maschinen und alles Material im Druckraum wurden in Lkws fortgeschafft, während in den Wohnungen und der anarchistischen Bibliothek hauptsächlich anarchistische Publikationen, persönliche Dokumente, Computer, Telefone, Drucker und digitale Speichermedien beschlagnahmt wurden.
Drei Personen wird die „Bildung einer kriminellen Vereinigung“ (§ 129) vorgeworfen. In der offiziellen Argumentation dieser Beschuldigung verweisen die Bullen auf die Verweigerung der Beschuldigten sich in die Gesellschaft zu integrieren, ihre Ablehnung des Staates und seiner Institutionen, ihr Glaube an Gewalt als legitimes Kampfmittel und genauer ihre Beteilung an der Herausgabe und Verteilung der anarchistischen Wochenzeitung „Zündlumpen“. Zwei der Beschuldigten wurden kurzzeitig verhaftet. Die Anordnung zur DNA-Entnahme bestand für alle drei.
Wenn wir zur Solidarität mit unseren Gefährten aus München aufrufen, dann nicht, weil wir überrascht oder schockiert vom Staat sind, der einmal mehr seine Represssion gegen seine ausgesprochenen Feinde entfesselt. Sondern weil wir mit diesen Gefährten den feindlichen Blick auf diese Welt und den Kampf darin teilen. Weil wir mit ihnen den Eifer teilen anarchistische Ideen zu verbreiten, Kritiken gegen jede Form der Herrschaft zu vertiefen, zur Revolte zu inspirieren, und die unendliche Möglichkeit zu handeln zu verteidigen, die Möglichkeit der Freiheit.

Solidarity with anarchists facing repression in Munich
In the early morning of Tuesday the 26th of April the German police raided 4 houses of comrades in Munich, as well as the anarchist library ‘Frevel’ & a printing space. All the machines and material present in the printing space were taken away in trucks, while in the houses and the anarchist library mostly anarchist publications, personal documents, computers, phones, printers and digital storage media were confiscated.
Three people are being accused of “forming a criminal organization” (article 129). In the official argumentation of this accusation the cops point at a refusal of the accused to integrate in society, their rejection of the state and its institutions, their belief in violence as a legitimate mean of struggle, and more precisely, their part in the creation and distribution of the anarchist weekly ‘Zündlumpen’. Two of the accused were shortly arrested. The order for DNA sampling was given for all three.
If we call out solidarity with our comrades in Munich, it is not because we are surprised or shocked by the state unleashing its repression against its outspoken enemies once more. It is because we share with these comrades the hostile way of looking at this world and fighting in it. Because we share with them the eagerness to spread anarchist ideas, to deepen criticisms against all forms of oppression, to inspire revolt, and to advocate the unceasing possibility to act, the possibility of freedom.

Αλληλεγγύη στους αναρχικούς που αντιμετωπίζουν καταστολή στο Μόναχο
Τα ξημερώματα της Τρίτης 26 Απριλίου η γερμανική αστυνομία
πραγματοποίησε έφοδο σε 4 σπίτια συντρόφων στο Μόναχο, καθώς και στην αναρχική βιβλιοθήκη “Frevel” και σε ένα τυπογραφείο. Όλα τα μηχανήματα και το υλικό που υπήρχε στον εκτυπωτικό χώρο πάρθηκαν με φορτηγά, ενώ στα σπίτια και την αναρχική βιβλιοθήκη κατασχέθηκαν κυρίως αναρχικές εκδόσεις, προσωπικά έγγραφα, υπολογιστές, τηλέφωνα, εκτυπωτές και ψηφιακά μέσα αποθήκευσης. Τρία άτομα κατηγορούνται για “σύσταση εγκληματικής οργάνωσης” (άρθρο 129). Στην επίσημη επιχειρηματολογίααυτής της κατηγορίας οι μπάτσοι επισημαίνουν την άρνηση των κατηγορουμένων να ενταχθούν στην κοινωνία, την απόρριψη του κράτους και των θεσμών του, την άποψη τους για τη χρήση βίας ως νόμιμο μέσο αγώνα, και πιο συγκεκριμένα τη συμμετοχή τους στη δημιουργία και διανομή της αναρχικής εβδομαδιαίας εφημερίδας “Zündlumpen”. Δύο από τους
κατηγορούμενους συνελήφθησαν για σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα. Δόθηκε εντολή για δειγματοληψία DNA και για τους τρεις.
Αν καλούμε σε αλληλεγγύη στους συντρόφους μας στο Μόναχο, δεν είναι επειδή εκπλαγήκαμε ή σοκαριστήκαμε με το γεγονός ότι το κράτος εξαπολύει την καταστολή του ενάντια στους ευθύς εχθρούς του για άλλη μια φορά.
Είναι επειδή μοιραζόμαστε με αυτούς τους συντρόφους τον εχθρικό τρόπο να βλέπουμε αυτόν τον κόσμο και να αγωνιζόμαστε σε αυτόν. Επειδή μοιραζόμαστε μαζί τους τη λαχτάρα να διαδώσουμε τις αναρχικές ιδέες, να εμβαθύνουμε την κριτική ενάντια σε κάθε μορφή καταπίεσης, να εμπνεύσουμε την εξέγερση και να προωθήσουμε την διαρκή πιθανότητα για δράση, την πιθατότητα της ελευθερίας.
